Unlike many larger and smaller companies, all of HE's staff are recruited only after many years adventure trekking, adventure holiday, Peak Climbing and Mountaineering Expeditions in Nepal and Tibet.

• All our leaders have worked in the large international adventure companies for many years and have the Certificate of Wilderness First Aid with specialization in Acute Mountain Sickness.
• All adventure climbing mountaineering trips are staffed with a mountaineering Sherpa and a leader with mountaineering training and experience.

All leaders are fluent in English, as well as several other languages. Inquire with us if you have special language needs.

History: He has led several Expeditions to Mt. Everest & Mt. Pumori with British army groups and is still an active climber. He has successfully completed several courses in Britain as a guest instructor for the
Rope Work Course for mountaineers. He has had fifteen years of experience in the trekking and mountaineering fields from well reputed company in Nepal ,and is a professional leader, successful outdoors operator.
Fun making and drinking are also his loves!!!!

History: He has led several trekking and climbing trips in the mountains in his fifteen years of involvement in this field. Recently climbing Mt. Everest, this has made him the first Brahman summiteer of the Hindu community. Also, he has led record-holder Jack's team, who has become the youngest British climber of Everest.

History: Eight years of guiding experience in Nepal, India, Tibet and abroad has given him a wide range of experience on rivers and in the mountains leading clients. He has the advantage of having a true spirit of adventure, multi-skills and experience, not losing clients along the way. Appreciation of the flora/fauna/culture/customs make him an interesting guide too, who can never fails to keep you cheerful and lighten your mood, however tough the going gets. Interesting and fun too, very charming, with his typical Nepalese sense of humour………

History: He is always cool and responsible. Several years of field experience have helped him develop excellent office management skills. Suman keeps the office running smoothly and is always at hand to answer enquiries.
